By downloading, installing, or using Deen Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
These terms apply to all users including free, Premium, and Scholar+ subscribers.
Deen Pro offers three subscription tiers: Free, Premium, and Scholar+. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
Important: Scholar responses on Deen Pro are for informational and guidance purposes. They do not constitute a legally binding fatwa in all jurisdictions. For critical life decisions, always consult a qualified local scholar as well.
You agree not to use Deen Pro to:
The Deen Pro app, design system, name, logo, and original content are owned by Deen Pro and protected by copyright. Quran text is in the public domain. Hadith text is sourced from public repositories. Audio recitations are licensed from their respective scholars and copyright holders.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Deen Pro content without written permission.
Deen Pro is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Prayer time calculations are based on established astronomical formulas but may vary from local rulings — always confirm with your local mosque for Ramadan timing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deen Pro's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration before litigation.
