The Short Version: We collect only what we need to run the app. We never sell your data. Scholar consultations are end-to-end encrypted. You can delete your account and all data at any time.

We never sell, rent, share, or monetize your personal data with any third party. We do not run ads. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles. Your faith is your own.
Scholar consultations on Deen Pro are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. All messages are end-to-end encrypted using AES-256. Neither Deen Pro staff nor any third party can read the content of your consultations.
After a consultation session is completed and both parties have confirmed, the conversation transcript is permanently deleted from our servers within 72 hours. You may download a copy before deletion if desired.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security practices including TLS 1.3 for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. We undergo regular third-party security audits.
Location data used for prayer times is processed on-device and is never transmitted to our servers.
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and opt out of any non-essential data processing. Exercise these rights from within the app (Settings → Privacy) or by emailing privacy@deenpro.app.
Deen Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
